Sony-Bravia Bouncing Balls

Who cares that it's calling attention to a TV set, this Sony advertisement is absolutely wonderful in-and-of-itself. It's likely you already knew about the commercial or have even seen some of the 250,000 bouncy balls months ago, but it was just released this week. Behind the scene interviews. The I-feel-like-I'm-floating-and-everything-is-calm-and-serence music is "heartbeats" by José González.

Comments:

Nothing short of amazing. What else is that not only is this a TV ad, it's also guerilla and viral marketing! Not to mention the impact of such a stunt in the art community. Way too cool. Almost makes me forget about the whole Sony music DRM fiasco. Almost.

You may be interested to know that "Heartbeats" is actually a cover of a song by The Knife (www.theknife.net), also from Sweden.
